Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of Brickveil: Brick Breaker (the "Game"), provided by Yuval Yanous, an individual operating under the name y_y_apps ("we", "us"). Contact: yuvaly612@gmail.com. Applicable Google Play or App Store terms also govern your use of those stores.
Using the Game
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Game for non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable law. The Game is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are below the age of legal majority in your country, use the Game with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required. Purchases require authorization from the payment-account holder.
You may not manipulate scores or purchases, use cheats to interfere with fair competition, exploit security vulnerabilities, redistribute the Game without permission, or disrupt services. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not limit mandatory legal rights.
Progress and leaderboards
Progress is currently stored locally. Reinstallation, clearing app storage, changing devices or a device failure can result in lost progress. Platform leaderboards do not provide a backup of your full game progress. Google Play Games and Apple Game Center maintain separate leaderboards and apply their own account and service rules.
Online features require connectivity and may be unavailable temporarily. Suspected invalid scores may be investigated and corrected or removed where supported by the platform and justified by evidence. Contact support to dispute an action affecting your scores or access.
Advertising and optional purchases
The Game may show third-party advertisements when advertising is enabled. Ads can link to third-party services, which have their own terms and privacy practices.
Where offered, Remove Ads is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. It removes the Game's automatic interstitial advertising. It does not create a separate account, synchronize game progress or grant virtual currency. Use Restore Purchases with the purchasing store account to restore supported non-consumable entitlements. Purchases do not automatically transfer between Android and iOS stores.
Only products actually available in the purchase interface can be bought. Prices, currency, taxes and product details are shown by the store before confirmation. Payment is processed by the store.
If virtual currency or consumable items are offered for purchase, they are a limited license for use within the Game, have no cash redemption value and cannot be transferred or traded outside the Game. Consumed items are not restored in the same way as non-consumable purchases. We will describe applicable persistence or restoration limits before offering paid consumables.
Refunds and cancellation rights are subject to applicable law and store procedures. Nothing here excludes a refund, remedy or other consumer right required by law.
Intellectual property
The Game's code, artwork, audio, branding and other content are owned by us or used under applicable permissions or licenses. No ownership is transferred to you through use of the Game or purchase of virtual items. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Updates and availability
We may update gameplay, balance, content and technical requirements. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address misuse, security or legal obligations, and provide notice and a means to contact us where practicable. If a change materially affects purchased functionality, applicable consumer remedies remain available. We do not guarantee that every device will support every future update.
Responsibility and consumer protection
We aim to provide a functional and enjoyable Game, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses caused solely by events outside our reasonable control or unauthorized modifications to the Game. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability, statutory guarantee or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not require arbitration or waive class-action rights.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling. Acceptance of these terms does not replace any separate privacy consent required by law.
Changes, disputes and contact
Material changes to these terms will be communicated where required. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued consumer rights.
